In season training/lessons. Sometimes your athlete may just feel a little off and not getting the results they want or have been getting. It could be as little as their arm path being off, stride length to short or long or not staying closed. In this video, Koen just needed to get some verbal cues, watch his before and after videos and he did a great job making adjustments. Come schedule a lesson with one of our great instructors and get some verbal cues, video analysis or specific drills to get right back on track. Bad habits over and over can lead into bigger problems.

Jacob has unbelievable mechanics at his age. In season pitching adjustments. We don’t try to reinvent the wheel mechanically in season. Sometimes there are just small mechanical cues and drill work to get the athlete feeling more confident and comfortable. Review videos while in the lesson to get the athlete to see where they are off and when they successful get them to repeat their clean mechanics.
