📣 Instructor out of town 11/3-11/13, so most classes will be virtual during that time except for one ✨special ✨class! 📣

Important Dates:
November 1st: Story Time 📚with after class
November 6th: Yoga 🧘‍♀️ with from 9:30-10:30
November 16th: Friendsgiving 🦃
November 22nd: Thanksgiving Craft after class

Classes will be held 11/27 and 11/29 if there is a demand for it 😉

🚨🏃‍♀️ **July Fitness Challenge Alert!** 🏃‍♂️🚨

Hey iStroll Tulsa Fam! 🌟

We might have missed the signup for the .fitness July competition, but that won’t stop us from having our own! We’re excited to announce our **July Competition**! Throughout the month of July, track your miles and compete for a fun prize! 🎉

**Rules:**
- 1 iStroll workout / equivalent gym workout = 5 miles
- 1 mile of walking, jogging, or running = 1 mile
- 1 mile of swimming = 3 miles
- 3 miles of biking = 1 mile
- 1 hour of housecleaning = 1 mile (we all know this is a workout!)

🏆 **Prizes for the winner:**
- A $25 gift card of your choice 💳
- A pair of Goodr sunglasses of your choice 😎

Ready to get started? Lace up your sneakers, grab your strollers, and let’s make July our fittest month yet! 💪👶
