A business statistic, I am insanely proud of:

Over the past 3 1/2 years I have worked with 75 monthly contracted clients & 65 of them have chosen to re-sign and continue after completing their initial agreement.

That’s an 87% re-sign rate 🤯

This means they see value & progress in my coaching for them to keep CHOOSING ME!

To every client, who has trusted me with their goals, and especially those who have continued working with me month after month, year after year!

I am incredibly proud of what WE have built together at Kate’s Weights.

I work with so many Oklahoma riders weekly at Hardesty National BMX Stadium - I really want to know how you or your rider did last night at the Mayes State Qualifier?!

How did you or your rider finish?!
What were some wins of your/their race night?
What are some things you think we could work on during clinics or 1:1 sessions to help you out?

So, of course as a Coach that has a high focus on your gym sessions, I enjoy seeing overall strength and speed get better.
BUT, I am RACE FAN through and through!!!
You can have all of the speed in the world, but if you can combine that with actual RACING, you found that key!

Watch Leah in the blue pants, she started out in third down first straight, Down second she had an opening on the inside, took it and then seen the opening ahead of her. She set her sights on it and stuck her line with full speed, to eventually finish this race in FIRST PLACE!

Just in general, look at how many times all of these ladies swapped positions! Bigggg fan 🚲 THAT is racing

Besides Leah’s Race IQ getting stronger, I would like to make a note on how much stronger she physically is right now than even just six months ago. This girl is on the top of her game right now!
