Decades ago Darren offered a 3-hour bi-weekly class called Radical Expansion. This workshop tis a throw-back to that.
The pose-pace = easy-going.
The vibe = informative + fun.
No woe: each pose, formidable or not, comes with accessible variations.
Note: if you attended the Radical Expansion class in May, aside frOM the sun salutations + pose variations, not a single pose will be repeated.
