Yoga Loft Tucson We are a non-heated yoga studio in Tucson, Arizona. We also offer a Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program!

We have over 25 weekly classes ranging from vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, yin, sound healing, breathwork and kirtan.

August was our first-ever Member Appreciation Month, and we can confidently say it was an absolute smash hit! 🥹🫶

We loved celebrating everyone during our pop-up classes, where we raffled off handmade tie-dye shirts,

and had a blast giving members the chance to win some amazing prizes from every time they took class!

It was such a fun month filled with raffles, pop-up classes, milestone celebrations, and LOTS of community fun.

We’ll definitely be doing this again.

Summer has a way of pulling us out of our routines, but your mat is always a place you can come back to.

This September, we have a few different ways to do exactly that:

FREE Labor Day Flow:
Monday, Sep 7 from 9:30-10:30 am.

Yin Yoga + Sound Healing with Jackie and
Sat, Sep 12 from 6:00-7:15 pm

Karma Yoga class benefiting Pima Animal Care Center
Sun, Sep 27 from 1:00-2:00 pm

However you need to come back to your practice, there’s a class for you.

Meet Karl, he's one of our amazing teachers and he teaches Flow every Thursday at 9:30 am!

Karl has been practicing yoga for about 10 years “erratically” but has deepened his practice over the last two years.

A few fun facts about Karl:
Favorite class to take: Yin
Teaching style in three words: Straightforward, realistic, intentional
Last 5-star read: “No idea. My hobby isn’t reading, it’s starting a new book.”
Fun fact: He used to be a dog groomer!

BONUS fun fact: Karl is also a black belt in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu AND Judo. nbd 😂
