Fong's Wing Chun This is the Official page for Fong's Wing Chun Wing Chun Gung-Fu is an advanced and effective method of self-defense. Thus, the system bears her name.

A Siu Lum Nun named Ng Mui founded it. Approximately 300 years ago, another woman, Yim Wing Chun, learned the system under Ng Mui's instruction and developed the art further. This system includes three hand forms, one wooden dummy form, eight kicking principles, a butterfly swords form, a 6 1/2 long pole form plus the most unique exercise, Chi Sau (Sticky Hands). Chi Sau develops one's self confid

ence, killer instinct, flowing techniques, trapping attacks, controlling motions, power, feeling, timing, and distance. Chi Sau also teaches one how to apply any fighting techniques according to how one feels. This system will also lead to further development in the three aspects of Wing Chun Gung-fu: physical, mental, and spiritual.
