Shawn and Rebecca Knight are seventh degree black belts and senior professors in the lineage of Sigung Stephen LaBounty. Alongside their top-notch staff, they serve their students, whom they proudly call their “Kenpo Family”.

the integrity and legacy of the art in the Lineage of Sigung Stephen LaBounty. That makes their students members of the LaBounty-Knight Kenpo Lineage. This extraordinary lineage also has the privilege and honor to be guided and mentored by Knight Method Kenpo's Masters Council consisting of the following members: Bob White (basics coach), John Sepulveda (techniques coach), Lee Wedlake (forms coach), and Mike Winkeljohn (mma coach).

We are inviting you to join us for our in-house Tournament Saturday July 11th - Prep classes start THIS Saturday the 6th!!!

You will have the opportunity to compete in the following divisions: Sets / Forms, Self-defense & Sparring!!

Here are THREE ways that you can register and participate in our upcoming KmK Tournament:

1. Enroll in our Tournament Prep Classes for $99!

2. Enroll in the Tournament for $59, you are invited to attend the review classes and prepare on your own!!

3. Enroll in the Virtual Tournament for $59 and submit your video one week before the July 11th event (forms only)!!!

We have scholarships available - so please don’t let finances impede your participation - we are here to help!

Contact us with any questions that you may have, and to enroll in the tournament prep classes that also include tournament registration for all divisions!!!
