I had so much fun yesterday working with 9 awesome pitchers from Tanque Verde little league!
We talked about the mental side of things, explaining how pressure is a privilege, and being comfortable with being uncomfortable at times.
We also worked on speed and accuracy.

Our girls got a special visit from Brittany Strebing, Empire HS Varsity Pitching Coach and owner of bdubbspitching, today! She came to give our girls some pointers. She not only gave them some great drills to work on but dived into the mental part of the game. 🩷🥎🔥

⚾️ What a great night of baseball! ⚾️

Our Tanque Verde 12U squad had the opportunity to scrimmage the Rincon 12U team tonight, and it was awesome to see so much talent on the field. Even better, many of these players are friends off the diamond, making it a fun and competitive evening for everyone.
