Something I get asked often is, "What keeps you so motivated?" My answer is never what anyone expects:

I don't believe in motivation driving anyone to their success. Motivation fleets and can be unreliable depending on the day, week, month or year. Discipline, however, is unyielding. Forcing yourself to follow through day in and day out. That's where real strength comes from.💪🏻
