Lately my nutrition has been dialed in and it’s been making a huge difference in my energy, workouts, recovery, and mindset.
🥑 Breakfast: avocado, eggs & sourdough
🥗 Lunch: high-protein salads
🍌 Post-workout: Greek yogurt, protein powder & banana
🥩 Dinner: meat and high-protein meals
No crash diets.
No starving myself.
Just real food, enough protein, and staying consistent every day.
