🚨 One of the most common golf tips is actually hurting your contact…
“Keep your head down.”
While it sounds helpful, focusing on keeping your head down often restricts your body rotation and makes it harder to strike the ball consistently.
Instead, focus on what your body is doing in the downswing:
✅ Shift your pressure forward
✅ Push through your lead leg
When pressure moves into your lead side and you extend through the lead leg, your chest can rotate through impact. As a result, your head will naturally stay in a good position long enough to make solid contact—without trying to force it.
Stop thinking about your head and start focusing on how you move your body.
