8am - Arrival
8:15-8:45am - Mental/motivational session
8:45-9:30am - Off-ice speed workout
10am-12pm - Ice time #1 (playing fast)
12:15-1:15pm - Lunch break
1:15-1:45pm - Hockey IQ session
2:10-4:10pm - Ice time #2 (playing physical)

TA Hockey is excited to present the Second Annual Ice Cats Girls Hockey Camp! Girls from all organizations are welcome to join us August 11th - 14th at RPI's Houston Field House. Camp Director is Ice Cats 19U Head Coach Stephen Brown and Head Coach for camp is Christie Nasypany-Cicero, former RPI Women’s Assistant Coach and D1 player from Mercyhurst.
