We said it when we began training together last year, “Our women will bench plates.”
Maximum Strength takes time, genuine hard work, and patience. We had 9 women bench a plate or more Monday:
1. Avery Plummer
2. Emma Flick
3. Brooklyn Sherman
4. Lydia Sams
5. Tatum Sanborn
6. Layla Needham (9th Grade)
7. Lillian Kolt
8. Keira Murphy
9. Emily Kelsey
Those numbers are byproduct of factors - characteristics of their character.
They train consistently in their weightroom - our class, they follow instructions, have the courage to ask questions, know what heavy feels like, their goals are in line with their words - we could go on and on.

They’re models for the young women around them and the ones coming up through our program.
