1) Mosey 1 lap around track
(Blimps) Between each workout-round run lap around Track rinse and repeat
2)Round 1 - 10 Burpees; Round 2 - 20 Lunges; Round 3 - 30 Imperial Walkers; Round 4- 40 Merkins; Round 5 - 50 Plank Jacks; Round 6 - 60 Squats

COT: 5 core principles of F3: always free of charge, open to all men, held outdoors (rain or shine), peer led and ends with a COT (circle of trust)! Even though F3 is open to all men, it is not for everyone. One must come post at a workout with an open mind, with no judgement, not expect anything in return from anyone. The goal is to build log lasting friendship and invigorate one another.
