Reily is a trainer with Fitrition and a former SBA and Midwest Bruins athlete who went on to play college baseball at McPherson College!

Our small-group sessions help baseball and softball athletes develop:

🏃 Athletic Movement & Coordination
🛡️ Strength & Stability for Injury Prevention

📅 Starts October 27 | Ages 12–18

Training Times:
• Tuesdays: 4 PM or 5 PM
• Fridays: 4 PM or 5 PM
• Saturdays: 9 AM

⚾ Saturday Bonus! Athletes attending SBA’s 10 AM or 11 AM hitting/pitching groups can train with Fitrition at 9 AM beforehand!

💲 Flexible 4-week packages starting at $100!
👥 Maximum 8 athletes per group.

⚾ For boys baseball players in grades 5–12.

We’re just a few weeks away from kicking off our Saturday morning Hitting & Pitching Groups at Smith Baseball Academy!

Athletes are already registering for BOTH programs, and spots are limited to just 8 players per group!

📅 STARTS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7!
7 Saturdays | November 7 – December 19

🔴 PITCHING GROUPS
* 9:00 AM — High School
* 10:00 AM — 7th–8th Grade
* 11:00 AM — 5th–6th Grade

🔴 HITTING GROUPS
* 9:00 AM — 7th–8th Grade
* 10:00 AM — 5th–6th Grade
* 11:00 AM — High School

💥 $175 — All 7 Pitching Sessions

💥 $350 — Both Programs (14 Sessions)

SBA + Fitrition Winter Strength & Conditioning offers flexible 4-week training options for baseball and softball athletes ages 12–18.

4 Weeks / 1x Per Week — $100
4 Weeks / 2x Per Week — $190

Athletes can start with four weeks and purchase additional 4-week training blocks if they want to continue.

Sessions focus on strength, speed, explosive power, agility, athletic movement and injury prevention — all in small training groups of 8 athletes maximum.
