☀️🛍️ Summer fun is coming to Ken’s Gym! 🎉

Mark your calendars for June 20th from 10 AM–2 PM and join us for our Summer Market! Enjoy a day filled with food trucks, local vendors, youth entrepreneurs, face painting, balloon twisting, and so much more.

Looking for extra fun? Our Open Gyms will run from 10 AM–12 PM and 12 PM–2 PM for just $7, while the market is FREE for everyone to enjoy!

Bring your family, invite your friends, and come make some summer memories with us. Whether you stop by for the market, the open gym, or both, there’s something for everyone!

Did you know that there is one thing Ken loves almost as much as his family and the kids at the gym? It is trail running! He runs three times each week and loves every chance he has to get into the mountains. So far this year, Ken has run two Ultramarathons – 31 miles and 34.5 miles. In his last race, a 30K (19 miles) he placed 30th out of 68 overall – his first trail race ever in the top half. He did place first for his age group (Men – 3 total), but had to chuckle when he learned that a lady exactly his age finished half an hour ahead of him. So far this year he has run or hiked 338 miles and climbed 65,600 feet in elevation. He is training to run 50 miles in Moab in November. Good luck Ken!
