You deserve a night out! Or stay home and relax, doesn’t matter to us. Just drop them off for a night filled with obstacles, games, crafts, and pizza! It’s cheaper than a babysitter (sorry, babysitters) and a lot of fun. So give them a break from the screens and pick them up exhausted ready for bed. Drop-off and pick-up anytime from 4-8pm, we’ll have pizza around 6-630, but they’re welcome to bring their own packed meal or snacks.

Summer is right around the corner and some weeks are already filling up! Let's keep them active this summer with three days of Ninja Warrior awesomeness. They'll leave tired and ready for a nap, but they'll also leave with a sense of confidence and accomplishment from conquering obstacles they never knew they could do. With the right ATTITUDE and enough HARD WORK, anything is possible. That's what we believe here at AHW, and our goal is to prove it. When we first met Jayden he couldn't stop looking at the ground, looking for a safe place to drop. Now here he is at the Tier 2 Regionals locked in with eyes on the prize, seconds away from punching his ticket to the World Championship.

This sport is incredibly fun, but it's not just playing on rings and running up walls. We develop confidence, strength, perseverance, coordination, and control that they can take anywhere. We're training for obstacles, we're training for life.

Bucket-Carry Season is back! Join us Sunday Mornings for the return of our OCR classes. We'll run, swing, climb, crawl, and carry our way through class each week with a mix of exercise, obstacles, and running (weather permitting). Even if you have no intentions on doing an OCR like Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, it's a great class to work up a sweat and conquer some obstacles.

Sundays:
Adults (Ages 14+) from 9am-10am
Youth (Ages 8-13) from 1030am-1130am

Class is $28, use code FIRSTCLASS for 1/2 off your first class! Free for Ultra/Team Members. Age exceptions may be made for longstanding members.

Sundays just got better with our updated schedule! The return of OCR, and Open Gym 12-3 (previously members only). With Rec Drop-Ins on Saturday and plenty of Open Gym, we've got lots of opportunities to get in and get moving.
