Yesterday for World Parkinson's Day Rock Steady Boxing Toms River did 2500 sit to stands and logged over 4300 punches to raise awareness and support the fight back fundraiser 🥊 we dedicated our punches to one of our fearless fighters and an integral part of our Rock Steady Boxing family who suddenly passed away on Friday. Alan was with our program for almost 4 years and was always there to greet everyone with a smile, inspired all of our boxers, always made us laugh with his quick wit and sense of humor, and was a friend to everyone. He always fought hard with a smile on his face. He will be truly missed. ♥️🥊

Rock Steady Boxing Toms River 🥊will be turning 6 in July!! What an incredible opportunity it has been to be on this journey with our amazing fighters. Please come join us on Saturday May 2nd at Hebrew Park in Lacey for our 5th annual fun one mile walk. Donations go to the New Jersey chapter of the Parkinson's Foundation and our amazing program for equipment and activities. Rock Steady Boxing Toms River turned 4!!! What an incredible journey it has been so far! We have become a family and it makes my heart so happy to do what I can to help my incredible boxers keep fighting along with my partner in crime coach Kim and our fabulous volunteers!!

Rock Steady Boxing Toms River turned 3 this weekend! My heart couldn't be more full and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to begin this journey 3 years ago. We started with six and now have 42 active boxers. I have an incredible coach Kim who has been a godsend and a fabulous addition for the past year. We have amazing volunteers that we couldn't survive without. We have all become family and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow! Watching these amazing boxers fight day in and day out is beyond inspiring 💙We celebrated 3 years and national ice cream Day with the ice cream truck after class today! 🎉🥊💪

Happy Tuesday! Below is information on an information webinar on the awesome StrivePD app. A few of my boxers use them and swear by it. If you have Parkinson's or know someone who does that would be interested in hearing more about it the link is below.

The StrivePD mobile app is available to all Parkinson's patients. The app enables you to manually log symptoms, track what makes you feel better or worse, set medication reminders, learn from patterns in your activity and share your reports with your care team.

Last Tuesday class at Force Fitness! Going to our new home next week at Southpaw Gym. So bittersweet. What an incredible two and a half years of building our Rock Steady Boxing family. Pat and Patty were here fighting hard since the very first Tuesday class and crushed it in the last class !♥️🥊
