The Fitness Connection is a family owned business that is open 24/7/365 with key tag access. Memberships are available for day, week, month, 3 months, 6 months or year at reasonable rates! A discounted rate is given for high school students, college students, senior 65+, military and a second member for a membership of 6 months or year. Weight Equipment includes: Magnum weight training machines, dumbbells, barbells, plates, flat benches, incline benches, decline benches, leg press, smith rack

Extras: medicine balls, exercise balls, body bars, exercise room, fitness classes^, dry sauna, full shower and locker rooms, children's play room, and WI-FI

New members also receive a complimentary weight training orientation workout for upper and lower body! Fitness Freaks, owned by Craig Hoffman, offers Group HIIT Fitness Classes. These classes are about half hour and is a full body workout. As of September 4, 2022, class times are Tuesday thru Friday - 530a, 3p, 430p, 530p. These classes are not included with The Fitness Connection membership. The cost to attend a Fitness Freaks class is $5/class, purchase a 15 visit punch card for $65, or unlimited 6 month for $300.
