We are just 3 weeks away from Independence Day and our annual Flippin Morrison WOD- the perfect blend of sweat, camaraderie, and recovery.
Flippin Morrison is one of the most fun workouts of the year, a true member favorite. It’s got a great work to rest ratio as you work in teams of 3 to chip away at the high volume reps...
150-120-90-60-30 rep rounds of:
• Wall ball shots, 14/20 pound ball
• Box jump, 20/24 inch box
• Kettlebell swings, 35/53 pound kb
Partners split the work evenly
***After each round, teams must complete 15-12-9-6-3 tire flips
Since it’s a holiday weekend that often centers around celebrating with your people, and because fitness is more fun with friends, this is the perfect occasion to BRING A FRIEND to class!
July 4th, 2026...
6:30am - Flippin Morrison- if you want to maximize the rest of your day grillin’ and chillin’ then this is the heat for you
8am - regularly scheduled barbell class
9:30am - Flippin Morrison- jump into barbell class before this heat, or have a later start to your Independence Day
