Metro Gymnastics Center

Metro Gymnastics Center, based in Tigard, Oregon, was founded in March of 1990. Metro has also grown from 11,000 square feet to 21,000 square foot facility.

That month Metro started out with approximately 60 students and has grown to over 1,100 students since that time. Metro offers a wide variety of gymnastics classes, team gymnastics programs, dance, Pre-K and after school programs. In addition, we offer dozens of events and activities including Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, Play Days, Summer Camps, Mini-Nationals and Skill Clinics to name a

few. Metro Gymnastics recently received the honor of being designated as a Gold Medal Children’s Activity Center by the prestigious Character Counts!

Everyone meet Gerald! 👋🏼

Gerald has been with us for many years and is a vital part of the Metro team. He has many uses around our gym, but is most commonly used to help with gymnasts who are reaching for the mat, causing them to pike into their handstand flatback🥴

Drop the kids off at Metro Gymnastics Center for our next Kids Night Out! Their evening will be stacked with activities including:

🤸🏻‍♀️Gymnastics & Games - Having fun in the gym and burning off some energy!

🍕Pizza & Drinks- Dinner provided by us or you can pack a snack to bring! (Please bring your water!)

🤹‍♀️Activities- Fun glow in the dark activities to go along with our theme.

New Class Alert🚨

Metro will now be offering tumbling classes taught by our recreational director on Fridays starting on September 4th! 🤸🏻‍♀️

📝Note- Level requirements are subject to change depending upon needs of the classes

Classes we will be offering:

3:15 Beginner Tumbling~ All the basics
4:15 Intermediate Tumbling~ Level 2 & up
5:15 Advanced Tumbling~ Level 3 & up
