Metro Gymnastics Center

Metro Gymnastics Center Metro Gymnastics Center, based in Tigard, Oregon, was founded in March of 1990. Metro has also grown from 11,000 square feet to 21,000 square foot facility.

That month Metro started out with approximately 60 students and has grown to over 1,100 students since that time. Metro offers a wide variety of gymnastics classes, team gymnastics programs, dance, Pre-K and after school programs. In addition, we offer dozens of events and activities including Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, Play Days, Summer Camps, Mini-Nationals and Skill Clinics to name a

few. Metro Gymnastics recently received the honor of being designated as a Gold Medal Children’s Activity Center by the prestigious Character Counts!

Metro Gymnastics Center is hosting specialized monthly clinics where your gymnast can focus on TWO major skills in each 75-minute session. Each clinic includes a detailed skill breakdown, plus drills and conditioning exercises designed to help your gymnast master those moves. 💪✨
