Train for your next race with weekly group runs, bike rides, and Master swims. Participation in TEAM ClubSport is free in 2013. Be part of the TEAM and meet new training friends! Swimmers, bikers and runners (AND wanna be ones too! Don't have to be elite to join!) can train and compete with the support and camaraderie of TEAM ClubSport. SWIM FITNESS: Mondays 10am, Thursdays 6pm

Swim Fitness and Masters Swim provide swim workouts for TEAM ClubSport members of all levels. Emphasis on stroke drills and techniques. RUN CLUB: Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday 9:30am-11am Year-Round
Group run training will include endurance, speed, track, hill, and trail workouts. All levels welcome!! :)
STAGE 21 Indoor Cycling: Mondays 6am, Wednesdays 6pm Year Round,
Saturdays 7am and 8:45am until April 30th (transition outdoors in May!)
CompuTrainer provides the most interesting indoor bike experience yet created. It increases your cycling power by 20 to 30% and your speed by 2 to 4 MPH. Whatever your starting point, you'll improve significantly. Bring your training bike in to join a class that takes you on a group ride taught by elite triathlon coaches. OUTDOOR RIDES: Saturdays 8:00am, starting in May as weather permits. Whether your an expect cyclist or wanting to transition to outdoor riding for the first time, come join other members for an outdoor group rides.
