Summertime is a perfect time to try out a dance class for your child or try a new style! Classes start June 22 and run for 4 weeks! Classes are filling fast so don’t delay! Summer shoe fitting is this Thursday, June 11 at 5:30-6:30 pm.

Just Added: Due to popular demand In Motion has just added an additional Tiny Toes 1 class for summer session. This class will begin June 22 thru July 13 from 6:10-6:50 pm. Registration is now open online at inmotiondancestudio.net. Hurry as spots are limited and filling up quickly.

Pics from this years Red Carpet Event held last Sunday to complete recital weekend! These dancers were dropped off in style to the Ritz Theatre to walk the red carpet. They are all part of our 2026 Awards Show and recognized for being 10 & 15 year students, Graduating Seniors, Dance Team Members, volunteer Shining Stars Teen Buddies, special student awards, student assistants or on staff. Thank you to Coppus Motors and Baumans Chevrolet for providing a nice vehicle to help transport a few of our dancers and allow them to arrive in style to Ritz like the stars they are! We appreciate your generosity.

Shout out to the participants in our Dad Dance and Adult Tap Dance. These groups performed last night and rocked their dances, having had only 4 practices. Special thanks to you all and we had a blast with you over the last month in practice.

2026 Senior Spotlight! Congrats to In Motion dancer Korrine Maag!

Korrina Maag is the daughter of Kenny and Shannon Maag, and a proud Graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and Sentinel Career Center. Korrine spent four years playing trumpet in the TC Marching Band, performed 4 years with RTTG, 3 years in TC Musical productions, and has been dancing for 15 years at In Motion! She plans to attend Owen Community College to pursue a nursing degree. Dancing since she was 3 years old has taught her commitment and the joy of performing with others. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her, especially her mom for never doubting her and always being her personal cheerleader.

Korrine, thank you for dancing with us the last 15 years and we will miss you. Dream big and keep dance close to your heart always!

Senior Spotlight: Congrats to recent In Motion Graduate Miley Helmstetter! 🎓🎓🎓

Miley Helmstetter, daughter of Dominic and Ashley Helmstetter, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tiffin Columbian High School. This is her 15th year dancing at In Motion, where she trained in ballet, tap, cheer, and jazz, with musical theatre remaining her favorite. In high school, Miley was active in National Honor Society, Band, Choir, Theatre, Quiz Bowl, STEM Club, and the Youth Advisory Council for the Tiffin Community Foundation. She will attend Kent State University this fall to major in Aerospace Engineering and Spanish.

We are so proud of you Miley and congrats on 15 yrs of dance! Go out and show the world what amazing things you can do and we will miss you!

Senior Spotlight on In Motion Graduate Ava Newman!🎓🎓🎓

Ava Newman is the daughter of Andrew & Colleen Newman. She has been dancing for a total of 15 years, an IMDS Dance Team member for 6 years, and was a teacher assistant for 2 years. During the past 11 years at In Motion, Ava has been involved in ballet, lyrical, acro and jazz classes. She is a recent graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School where she participated in varsity cheerleading and track. Ava was a member of the National Honor Society and a scholar athlete throughout her high school years. She plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at University of Toledo and will also be a member of the dance team.

Congrats Miss Ava and we wish you the best of luck in the upcoming years! So excited to see you continuing your love of dance on the University of Toledo Dance Team!
