Brutalboxx is a fitness environment full of amazing energetic people; your daily task walking in is to exceed and excel to your highest potential of limits. The coaches at BrutalBoxx concentrate on different workout regiments for example, crossfit style workouts - which combines strength and conditioning programs to build not only your strength and endurance but works on your weaknesses using functional movements combine into high intensity and varied workouts. We also provide a form of HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) which is a training technique where you give all out one hundred percent effort though a quick intense burst of exercise of exercise followed by short sometime active recovery period.
