Just a little heads up
We are having some AC issues at the gym. Inside is about 10 degrees warmer than the normal. Being so hot the last few days has made it a little warmer feeling. Don’t overdo during your workouts & drink plenty of water.
BTW for everyone that thinks we ALWAYS keep it too cold. YOU ARE WELCOME. But parts are on order & should be repaired by the end of the week.
