Unfortunately our electricity has been out for a couple of hours. No ETA yet for restoration. I will keep an update going when I get an ETA or it happens to come back on. As of now you can come workout but you are limited as to what you can do safely in the dark.

We are so happy that Jan is starting her Pilates classes back this week.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15-12:45. Thankful she is feeling so much better & ready to take everyone thru a great workout.
