The workout started with an Indian Run (with Smokey in the lead carrying the colors), and ended with a descending ladder of Burpees, Pointers, and Crunches from 23 reps (decreasing by 3 reps eaxh round). Congrats on your retirement Smokey, and welcome to full-time civilian life!

Standing Bear is officially open for business. That is the business of making men better versions of themselves.

6 men posted for the inaugural beatdown and a Tour of Padden Park, led by DiGiorno.

R***e carries, farmer carries, pull-ups, dips, step-ups, incline merkins, BBSUs, a bear crawl up the stairs, and some Mary to close it out.

Grateful for the brotherhood and the support in getting Standing Bear started.
