From early morning races to lake days, parades, cars, crafts, and even taking it to the skies… this year’s lineup is stacked 👇

AND of course… the 4th of July Parade!

To better serve all members and improve our team's dedication and excellent customer service, Bear Valley Springs is updating its Amenity Use Privilege Card Issuance hours effective May 18, 2026.
Normal Business Hours
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 pm
Office Hours for Amenity Use Privilege Cards Issuance
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
These changes will allow us to provide better support for our members during peak summer activities and events.

🛍️ COMMUNITY-WIDE GARAGE & RUMMAGE SALE 🛍️

It’s time to clean out those garages, closets, and storage rooms and join the Community-Wide Garage & Rummage Sale throughout Bear Valley Springs! We are currently looking for additional participants to help make this year’s event even bigger and better for shoppers across the community.

Whether you have a handful of items or an entire garage ready to clear out, we encourage you to sign up and participate! The more homes involved, the more exciting the event becomes for everyone involved. 🏡

🗺️ Shoppers will be able to plan their route using Google My Maps directly from their phones. Printed maps will also be available at the Whiting Center and OTCC beginning Friday, May 28th.

SELLING? HERE’S THE QUICK INFO:
• Your address will be featured on the official event map
• Signs are welcome on your property only
• OTCC rummage spaces (approx. 9x18 spaces)
• Setup begins at 6 AM Saturday

🚗 Gate Pass Reminder: Property owners are responsible for creating all guest passes. No exceptions.
🚫 Standard rules apply: No weapons, alcohol, po*******hy, or live animals.
♻️ After the sale: The BVS dump is for trash only. Please consider donating usable items to local thrift stores or donation centers.
No refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
