We’re proud to announce our May Athlete of the Month, powered by BSN Sports to Braelyn Berens!
Braelyn had an outstanding month, recording 19.7 MPH on the Curve Treadmill, good for a Top 5 all-time mark at Boom Athletics. She also captured her first individual state title by winning the 400m at the State Track Meet.
What makes Braelyn even more impressive is her commitment to the process. Despite a packed schedule and a demanding in-season workload, she consistently finds a way to prioritize her training and show up ready to work. She brings a positive attitude every day, encourages those around her, and helps create an environment where others can succeed. Her work ethic, character, and consistency make her a great example for younger athletes to follow.
