Great technique is meant to be shared. 🥋

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Sensei Rhadi Ferguson, PhD, OLY, CSCS’s dojo and teach some of my go-to Seoi Nage variations. Having trained under Sensei Rhadi years ago, it felt great to be back on the Dr. Rhadi Ferguson, OLY mats, reconnect with old teammates/friends, and share our passion for judo throughout the evening.

It’s always a privilege to share the techniques, details, and approaches that have shaped my game with other dedicated judokas.

And keep an eye out for his daughter, Rhadi Ferguson, who is not only internationally ranked, but incredibly dedicated to the craft, and one of the hardest workers on and off the mat. She’s the next up and coming champion to watch!

I appreciate the invitation, sensei. The more knowledge we share, the more we all grow. 🤝🥋
