Today’s the day!!

Good morning, everyone!
It is that time of year again!
The 53rd Stephen C. Smith Memorial Regatta is just around the corner.
We are humbly asking for your support again this year. We are holding a donation drive for auction worthy items next weekend.
SUNDAY, MARCH 29TH 1p-3p Apalachee Bay Firehouse Community Center (1448 Shell Point Road Shell Point, FL).
Examples of “auction worthy” items include gift cards, seaworthy vessels, and nautical artwork! “Baskets” of certain themes (i.e., “The Cat’s Meow- for treats and kibbles for your feline, “The Game room”-for games for both the young and the young at heart) and “Experiences” (i.e., Most recently, two seats at the “Savannah Banana’s” game) have fetched both high praise and proceeds to the American Cancer Society, our charity.
Let us continue the “Race for Wright” both on and off the water by helping us reach our goals this year.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the SCSMR Chair, Mr. John McBride, and he will connect you with the appropriate Smith volunteer.
For additional information, please feel free to go to our website at smithregatta.com.
Warm regards,
Kristin Korinko (Olson)

The Shell Point Sailboard Club (SPSC) is a small (about 80 members) club that puts on a couple events a year and gives lessons in the summer. The insurance we currently carry keeps going up. Does anyone have any recommendations on who might be able to provide liability insure to a small club? Thanks in advance.
