Looking good is great, feeling good mentally is even better πŸ™Œ

The mental health effects of working out, and specifically strength training is very underrated.

Feeling strong, doing things you thought you couldn't and sticking with something consistently does wonders for your self confidence and self esteem.

"I trust OG & am glad I stopped being scared and jumped in!" --

We love Sober AF and of course the wonderful owner Stephanie who decided to take the jump into some of our Strength Training sessions.

Initially she was scared because of injuries, decided to give it a try and has done wonderfully so far with her progress and doing the workouts at her level so the fear of past injuries or getting injuries is gone. πŸ™Œ

Celebrating .taylorr 1 Year Anniversary at Organically Grown Muscle πŸΎπŸŽ‰

There are good trainers and their are amazing trainers. We are lucky to have one of the few amazing trainers in the industry.

Taylor came on a year ago and really took on what we stand for at OGM. Extremely hogh standards, commtiment to growth, being a true team player and bringing her own personality and knowledge with her. It has been awesome to see her grow into the role of being one of the best trainers you can ask for.

1 year later and we have made her the Head Coach, a position she has truly earned and deserves. Very thankful for this last year and having her at the gym and looking forward to the future having her at OGM! Thank you Taylor for being so awesome!!! 🀘🀘

Do you think the first step is the hardest or easiest?

Generally making the leap Day 1 can be the most challenging. The thing that helps make it easier is a less intimidating environment and support along the way.

Most people say getting started is the hardest step, than after they come in, it feels comfortable and naturally easy to keep it consistent.

I am injured or have a past injury, can I still strength train?

Definitely. As mentioned, she came to us with a spinal injury and has gotten much stronger since she started about 5 years ago. πŸ™Œ
