No confidence.

Just a lot of learning the hard way.

Door to door.
Field routes.
Real customers who only stayed
if you actually delivered.

That’s where it clicked:

People might sign because of a good conversation…
but they stay because they trust you.

So I stopped trying to be impressive.

And started trying to understand.

That shift changed everything.

Not hype.
Not pressure.
Not charisma.

Diagnosis.

The best reps aren’t the smoothest.
