Tomorrow we are on a mission to help other women rise and expand into the next version that their soul is calling them into.

An extraordinary life is built on a series of decisions that most people just aren't willing to make. So we want to congratulate the women who were brave and made the decision to invest in themselves and join us tomorrow at our Unapologetically You, Unapologetically Wealthy Retreat!

Getting into movement & aligned action with one's higher consciousness is what it takes to create a shift. Making a choice that is in alignment with the future version of you helps you quantum leap!

Claiming it! Owning it!! Because reality aligns with the inner commitment you hold within yourself.

Hustle harder is a programming and it's the greatest thing I've ever freed myself from.

I've "hustled harder" almost my entire life and yes, it's gotten me to where I am, but it's not getting me to where I'm headed because what my future holds requires a new version of me. The one that is fully emboding her light.....not leaking it into hustling harder.

I've never veared away from hard work. It's familiar for me. I had to really work on stillness because that didn't feel familiar, especially growing up the youngest of 7 kids 🤪

Action is just as important as stillness and when you can find the balance between the two, that's where the real magic happens and true success is found.

Raise your hand and if you are someone like me who was programmed that hustling harder = success. What it really leads to is exhaustion, sickness, and burnout......and hustling harder isn't always a physical program it can also show up as a mental program and you will know if you're the person with multiple degrees and certifications 😉

Spent some time enjoying what we've created as a family. ✨️. It wasn't for a long period of time but it was nice, quality time together in a space we love.

Golden hour is absolutely breathtaking ✨️ at the yoga shala.

As I was reflecting on my schedule today and realizing that this is the first summer in almost 30 years that I have taken "off", I was sitting with how unfamiliar it feels to have so much space in my schedule but also excited about what I will be creating from this space.

I will be pouring 🫗 much of my time into building my 8-week online program that will be teachings & wisdom that I have gained over the past 31 years in business, wellness, marriage, and as a parent.

I will also be doing things that I don't normally get to do and spending time doing NOTHING!

I am considering offering weekly yoga & wisdom talks here this summer, so if you are interested, comment which days and times work best. I'm open to mornings or evenings.

I'm so EXCITED that I have to keep reminding myself to calm down 🤣 My girl came home yesterday..... we are delivering the Unapologetically You, Unapologetically Wealthy Retreat this weekend!! We've been putting together what we are delivering and it's going to be absolutely AWE-MAZING!!!

I ordered a bunch of stuff for our upcoming summer camps for the kids because we are building a new play area for them.....I'm not going to lie, I'm excited to play with all the stuff myself and I know the kids are going to say, "Miss Wendy, we want you to do it!" 🤣 So i may need to practice a bit! Lol

I have a bunch of other cool stuff for adventure camp but I can't show all the amazing things we are up to and ruin the surprises for our campers ❤️

I mean.....we are a lesson barn but when you have trails this beautiful, why not combine a lesson on the trails with a photo shoot in a field full of flowers.

It was the perfect weather for being out on the trails. Warm, breezy, and no bugs.

We certainly had a very enjoyable evening with all these incredible students 💗

They brought our hearts smiles and much laughter as usual 💕

I'm not a professional photographer, but if I was, I would be doing a lot more pictures in this field of beautiful flowers 😍

Every extraordinary reality begins with the death of the ordinary reality.

Your ceiling is never determined by your potential. It depends on what you allow to feel normal.

Your higher self is what is available to you right now if you choose her. Or you can keep rehearsing your old identity.

Who are you no longer willing to be? What are you no longer willing to be?

Reality follows instructions, so become the woman who gives instructions for the reality you truly desire.

A few months ago, I chose a new "normal" and to let the old identity, the old ordinary, and the old ceiling it was creating, die. I chose to align with my higher self that was available and waiting for me to choose her!!
...and my life has quantum leaped.
