ROLL CALL! Who would be interested in a PRS rimfire match this month (5/23/2026). I’m out of town but Dominic and Brad have volunteered to host a match if we get 10 people interested.

**Update on our PRS Match held 3/28/26**

PRS has continued to struggle to fully move from Practiscore to their officicial scoring partner; Impact Scoring. Rather than continuing to wait for PRS/Impact to pull scores from Practiscore AND thanks to the generosity and technical skills of NRL22 - National Rimfire League Co-Owner Dominic Thompson, we were able to completely recreate the match in Impact Scoring, transfer scores, AND pay for the match submission. As far as we can tell, we have done everything within our power to get your scores posted to the PRS Leader Board. The rest is in their hands. We will advise if we hear anything else on our end.

Regulators! Important announcement. Our April, May, and June rimfire matches have been cancelled.

Registration is far behind the required 10 for a sancctioned PRS event. May brings multiple conflicts for myself and others. June is the NRL finale and will conflict yet again. July will be our next attempt.

To be honest, I don't know if it will be PRS or NRL. PRS is in a big transition right now and still hasn't published scores for last months match. Additionally, NRL simply provides FAR FAR more resources to assist MD's with match admin that is simply invaluable until you try to do this without it. Plus NRL has more attainable minimum shooter quotas.

We currently have 1 competitor signed up for our next PRS match scheduled for Saturday 4/25. It takes 10 to qualify for a sanctioned PRS match. Get signed up today so we can keep the momentum rolling!

Regulators, we are two weeks out from our next PRS match. Because PRS has made Impact Scoring the Official Partner of the PRS, and with the difficulties we are currently experiencing getting our results posted from Practiscore, we have made the decision to make the switch to Impact. Impact Scoring offers some unique differences that we think competitors will enjoy. Live scoring, results viewable on any phone in real time with the app, MD's can designate RO's who can utilize their phones to score the match. No more tablets. No syncing, and no uploading required. Its all on the cloud from get go.

Regulators PRS competitors. I have received several inquiries from participants wondering when their scores are going to be posted. We submitted scores via a link to the Practiscore match page at the beginning of the week following the match. Since then, I have been in constant and repetitive contact with PRS trying to ensure the scores get posted. PRS always responds; they aren’t ghosting me, and they assure me that the scores will get posted. Evidently, they are going through a major website overhaul and procedure change as they fully commit to Impact Scoring. Please see the email chain below. We aren’t letting this slide and will continue to push PRS until the scores are properly posted and credited to each competitor.

We had a GREAT PRS Rimfire match yesterday. 11 shooters showed up to see what the wind and weather was going to give us. We enjoyed the new faces today as well as some old friends we had not seen in a while. Here are the photos I took today. Standing on the sidelines and watching all of y’all shoot was a great day for me.

REGULATORS! Fantastic news. After our latest call, we are now sitting at 12 entrants and our match is a GO!

The match book will be emailed to competitors in the morning. A printed match book will be provided to competitors at registration.

Regulators,

Right now we have 8 shooters registered for our PRS match this Saturday. It takes 10 shooters to have a sanctioned PRS match. So we desperately need 2 more to sign up and everyone to be sure and show up! If we don’t get to 10 by Thursday night, we will be forced to cancel the match. Many of our regulars are participating at the Pro-Am this weekend and that is robbing our attendance.

Come chase those PRS points. Odds are good for a high score.
