Starting Pilates feels a lot easier when you have space to learn how everything works first.

Our Free Intro Classes on Sundays are designed to help new clients become familiar with the reformer, understand the flow of class, and feel comfortable before joining regular group sessions. It’s a relaxed and supportive way to get started without feeling overwhelmed.

Once you complete the intro class, you’ll be ready to move into our regular classes with more confidence.
