First up in our Behind the Gear series is Andy — owner, lifelong sports guy & current full-time coach, part-time Uber driver for his four kids’ sports schedules 😂

🏈 Played football, baseball, basketball & skis
🧀 Favorite team: the 1996 Green Bay Packers (yes, he insists on the year)
🥏 Coolest thing we've bought so far: a disc that says “The Bears Still Suck!”
🏈 Best sports memory: being at Lambeau with his dad for both Brett Favre's first Packers game and his jersey retirement — in the same seats.

But his favorite part of Play It Again Sports?

Watching a kid walk into the store and light up when they find a piece of gear they're excited about. ❤️
