We are just a little over a month away from our clinic the legendary trainer, Dennis Mitchell! Clinic will be on Saturday November 29th & Sunday the 30th. Dennis brings a lifetime of experience and knowledge to the show arena. Based out of Ocala, FL, Dennis has trained dozens, if not hundreds of top show horses and riders over the years. Not to mention a thriving sales barn as well. We are looking to forward to having him join us this year for an amazing weekend. Hopefully you will join us too! Just returned home from NIHJA Medal Finals at the beautiful HITS Lamplight. We all had a great show!

Mackenzie Smither made her showing debut on LREC’s O’Shea (aka Tripp) in the short stirrup division coming home with some great ribbons, even scoring a 79 in the classic round. We look forward to seeing her again in the near future in the show ring!

Rachel Lubben made her comeback after a small hiatus from the show ring with her own horse Dagon. Earning some top ribbons and laying down some great rounds.

Paulina Struk and her own Maverick had another great showing, earning another championship in the combined jumper division. These two just keep getting better and better each show. Congratulations! 🎊

Lynaea Ekstrom made her show debut with her new partner, Mirocco Blue. Laying down some solid rounds. Keep an eye for this pair, there are great things to come from this team!

Volha Yukho and her young mare, Ventimiglia EH continue to gain valuable experience in the jumpers laying down some solid clear rounds. Watch out for her in the 5 year old jumpers next year, she’s going to be a serious contender!

Elizabeth Agular made It back into the show ring again & showed LREC’s Bond in the training jumpers, Although this pair is very new to each other, they were a great pair together. We look forward to seeing them again in the show ring again soon!

And last, but certainly not least. Paulina Kociolek brought her new youn mare, Simone for a little camping trip. This young mare went around and jumped everything like an old veteran. I know they’re gonna rock in 2026!

Thank you to everyone who came from near and far to support and participate in the 2024 clinic with our favorite clinician Matt Cyphert. Matt, we are truly grateful for your time, knowledge, and expertise, and sharing it with all of us. We all certainly appreciate it. Please enjoy this little video of some moments of the weekend. “I have had the opportunity to participate in the Matt Cyphert clinic at Legacy River Equestrian for four years in a row. The first three years I personally rode in it along with students. The beautiful facility offers a well lit ring with excellent footing and quality jumps in order to learn. Our horses are very comfortable there as are the people with the viewing area provided and lunch during the day. Matt Cyphert is at the top of my list to ride in a clinic with. He has an educated eye and calm demeanor while assisting riders and horses to learn and achieve their goals.
