7s Tournament for Epilepsy Awareness
Rosie’s Ruck is a community rugby tournament created by youth advocate Parker Vitagliano-Hill to raise awareness and support for epilepsy. Inspired by her sister Alana and her seizure alert dog Rosie, the event brings together teams from across New England to raise funds for seizure alert dog training and epilepsy education.

In addition to the $260 team entry fee (representing the 1 in 26 people diagnosed with epilepsy), each team is asked to match or exceed their registration fee through fundraising.

Within 48 hours of registration, every team receives a secure, personalized donation page to share with their network. This makes it easy for teams to fundraise, track progress, and compete for top fundraising recognition.

Teams are responsible for meeting or exceeding their fundraising commitment. If the fundraising goal is not met through donations, the remaining balance will be collected to ensure each team reaches the minimum impact contribution.

We're excited to see everyone back at Fort Adams State Park, Newport RI this weekend for the 2026 NERFU Cup!

Reminders for tournament day:
🏃🏻‍♂️ Each game will have a ref and two AR's
🍔 Food and drinks will be available for purchase
👕 Offical tournament shirts for sale at the concession stand
🏉 will have a merch tent set up
🗑 Please keep the fields clean, pick up after yourself & team
🐕 All dogs must be leashed at the field
🚗 Park in the designated lots - do not go on the back residential road to drop anything off
🍻 Social to follow Saturday night
