Not sure what to pack in your gym bag? Start with these! 🎒💡

* Headphones: these are a must-have for any workout, so you can pump yourself up to exercise with your favorite tunes.

*A Post/Pre-workout Snack: fuel for your body is key in recovery and performance, so make sure you have a yummy, nutritional snack handy. This could be a protein shake, protein bar,
or a piece of fruit🍎

*Water Bottle: hydration is SO important, and having a water bottle close at hand can be the difference between having a great workout or a tough one.

*Deodorant: this is definitely a gym essential, especially if you need to go somewhere right after your workout.

*Gym Towel: odds are, you’re gonna sweat, so keep a towel in your bag to avoid dripping all over the gym floor.

*Access Card: should be obvious, because you can’t get into the gym without it!
