His success comes from the work he puts in every day. Ethan shows up ready to work, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve. He’s set big goals for himself and has done a great job holding himself to a high standard everyday.
What stands out the most about Ethan is the example he sets for others. He’s a perfect role model for younger athletes, and he constantly pushes the people around him to be better. His dedication, consistency, and leadership have played a huge role in his success.
