We would like everyone to meet Emmett!

Emmett is the kind of athlete who brings a different level of dedication to the weight room every single week. He consistently shows up ready to work, pushes himself through every workout, and is always looking for ways to become stronger, faster, and better than the competition.

What makes Emmett stand out is that his work ethic doesn’t just benefit him, it pushes everyone around him. He’s constantly challenging athletes in the gym to show up, work harder, and go heavier when they know they have more in the tank. He understands that getting better isn’t always comfortable, and he’s willing to embrace the grind.

We are extremely proud of Emmett and the work he has put in. His commitment, competitiveness, and desire to improve are going to make a huge impact on the court.

We can’t wait to see him kill it at Prairie this basketball season! Keep grinding, Emmett! 💪🏼

Give it up for our Summer 26’ Intern Class 👏

We’ve officially wrapped up our summer schedule, which means we made some tough goodbyes. These four spent the past 2.5 months inside our four walls pouring into each athlete they coached. Each of them balanced other jobs, trained our athletes, and still managed to train themselves. Sharing the same goal, they sought out to leave a lasting impact at our facility and accomplished just that.

Zaine, Callie, Tess, and Zoe it was a pleasure working alongside you all. I can’t wait to watch you all continue to grow through your career! Hope you all have the best year yet!

FNL is BACK! It was great to see these guys go to battle last night. They’ve all been chomping at the bit to go at it and have been putting an insane amount of work in over the last year.

Excited to keep seeing you boys do what you love out there. Going to be a fun year!
