A lot of Gyms out there are lying to you 😞
They make you think that all you have to do is “Just Show Up.”
They passively watch as you come in and go through the movements. As you drop the weight in the middle of a workout because it’s “too hard,” or just quit in the middle of the workout altogether. They’re stealing from you while you condition your brain to being okay with failure, instead of recruiting a mindset that failure is not an option.
We don’t do that here.
It’s not enough to “just show up.”
If you REALLY want something, you have to GO EARN IT! You have to show up AND move with intensity, because INTENSITY DRIVES RESULTS.

Standards. At The Jungle Gym we squat to depth. All of us. Everytime. Every rep. Or we redo it. We hold eachother accountable to it, so we get better. We get fitter. We get stronger. We address and improve our ankle, knee, and hip mobility. We don’t give excuses. We are RELENTLESS with eachother.
