🤍🍁🍂A beautiful, peaceful morning spent rucking with friends for a cause that matters and means so much to us.

Walking together, raising funds for mental health awareness and su***de prevention, and reminding each other that no one has to walk through life or bear the burden alone 💚💜while remembering and honoring the lives of loved ones we’ve lost.

So thankful for a community that shows up, supports one another, and comes together for something bigger than ourselves. 💛

These girls took their fitness out of the gym and put it to the test at competitions this weekend! 💪🏽🏆
Christa and Jama crushed their first Hyrox Sprint together! Melissa and Megan took the podium at a TRU Challenge CrossFit Competition!

All the hard work, sweat, and dedication in the gym prepares you for moments like these. Whether you’re chasing a PR, stepping onto the competition floor, or simply challenging yourself to be better, it’s about putting in the work and having fun along the way!

60+ crew, making step ups look easy 💪🏻 No handrails needed here, and yes, there’s even a few artificial knees still stepping up…. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS 🙌🏻No help needed carrying alllll the heavy things either! They say they are here for the music.. and the laughs of course 🫶🏻😆But they are here adding QUALITY to their lives 👊🏻*don’t worry, that “trip” at the end was just a typical attention seeking stunt 😂
