These three put in hours of service by helping us clean the box and set up for our annual Memorial Day Hero WOD Murph🇺🇸Not only did they deep clean, but they also volunteered the day of the event with parking, cheering people on throughout the run route along with actually completing the tough workout! Tears were shed today…Of pride, grit, and pure joy.

At 67 years young, Holly just achieved her first kipping pull-up. Let that sink in.💪🏻(This is about her 5th one!)

Five years of showing up.
Five years of putting in the work alongside her husband, Steph.
Five years of refusing to quit, refusing to hide behind a number, and choosing strength every single day.

She didn’t rush the process. She listened to her body. She respected it. And still, she pushed it.

Today wasn’t just about a pull-up.
It was about proving that progress doesn’t have an expiration date. It’s been 5 years of baby step progressions of a pull up with this day as the goal.
It was about showing everyone around her what consistency, patience, drive, and heart really look like.

And her goal?
Simple. Powerful. Unstoppable: Stay out of the nursing home. Live strong. Stay independent.

Holly, you didn’t just lift yourself over that bar — you lifted every person watching you. 💪🏻Your Explicit Fam is beyond proud of you!!! ❤️🙌🏻

Chase, Just playin’ around after today’s workout… 1st try 💪🏻 You never really know what you’re capable of… until you try.

Not when it’s comfortable. Not when it’s easy.
But when your mind is telling you to stop—or you can’t, that’s where the real discovery happens.

Physical challenges don’t just build strength—they reveal it.
Mental challenges don’t just test you—they shape you.

Every time you show up and push past what you thought was your limit, or “just try” you redraw that line a little further.

So try the thing.
Lift the weight.
Run the mile.
Take the class.
