Atlantic Diving Team World Class diving program in Stuart, FL helping beginners to Olympic athletes achieve their best.

The Atlantic Diving Team (ADT) is a year-round, privately run, lessons and competitive Springboard and Platform Diving Team in Stuart, FL. The goal of our program is to teach athletes lifelong skills including discipline, self-confidence, and team work as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving. We welcome kids ages 5 & up for the opportunity to learn the art of springboard and platform diving.

Today, the Atlantic Diving Team had the honor of sending off Matt as he begins an exciting new chapter of his life at Drexel University! 🎓

Matt, we are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished both in and out of the pool. Your dedication, hard work, determination, and passion have made you a special part of the Atlantic Diving Team family.

As you begin this new journey, we hope it brings you closer to your dreams and gives you the opportunity to achieve every goal you set your mind to. Never stop believing in yourself, keep working hard, and always remember where your journey began.

You will be missed on the pool deck, but we know you have an amazing future ahead of you! ❤️
