The Atlantic Diving Team (ADT) is a year-round, privately run, lessons and competitive Springboard and Platform Diving Team in Stuart, FL. The goal of our program is to teach athletes lifelong skills including discipline, self-confidence, and team work as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving. We welcome kids ages 5 & up for the opportunity to learn the art of springboard and platform diving.

The Atlantic Diving Team's SUMMER TRAINING GROUP (STG) is a 2 months program running from June to July, designed for divers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. This program fosters a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere where participants can master essential diving skills, explore competitive diving, and cultivate team spirit, all within a safe and enjoyable setting.

The STG is ideal for those looking to engage in a summer-only diving experience, with the option to transition into a year-round program upon the coach's recommendation after the summer concludes. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their techniques on both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards.
