When you have a family, some things have to go on the back burner temporarily. Back in June, I was sitting there working on content, and I needed to get home. It was Father’s Day.
Being a business owner means setting boundaries, not just for yourself but for the business too.
Admin waits until Sunday or sometimes Monday. Once Saturday classes wrap, the group chat goes quiet for a day or two. That gap isn’t me checking out.
It’s what lets me actually reset. Recover, meal prep, spend time with my family, and focus on myself for a minute.
That’s the only way I come back fully present for everyone else. 🙌🏾
