Double Header Week features Pittenger Promotions on Thursday, June 18, featuring All-Star/Jr. Slingshots, and Stage 1 Modifieds. Friday, June 19 will be Checkered Flag Fan Club Night plus a $150 to win Jr. Sportsman Champ Money Race and a Regular Show of All Classes
Stroudsburg, PA – Get ready for an exciting night of high-octane action as Week #10 of the 2026 Season roars into the heart of the Poconos this week with a DOUBLE HEADER EVENT. On Thursday, June 18, Snydersville will be hosting the Pittenger Promotions Speedway featuring the Slingshots (AllStar and Jr.) and the Stage 1 Modifieds, as they battle for the 2026 Speedweek Title between Shellhammers, Snydersville, Lindas, and Hunterstown. The AllStar Slingshot event will be the Jim Bassett Memorial, remembering the late slingshot veteran of Snydersville. No other classes will be on the cards for Thursday Night! Gates will open at 4:30 pm, Registration will start at 5 pm, Practice at 6:30 pm, and Racing will start at 7 pm.
On Friday, June 19, we are back with Checkered Flag Fan Club, where existing and new members can sign up for CFFC for a chance to win a CFFC jacket if they are members and win their respective class. On top of that, we have a $150 to win Jr. Sportsman Champ Money Race, where the kids will battle for 20 laps around the 1/8-mile bullring!
But the excitement doesn’t end there! We prepare for a full-throttle lineup of action-packed races featuring JuiceBox’s, Karts, Champs, Microstocks, Slingshots, Mini Mods, and Stage 1 Modifieds in a Regular Show!
Don’t miss out on the exciting racing under the Friday Night lights! Gates swing open at 4:30 pm, followed by a Drivers Meeting at 6 pm. Practice starts at 6:30 pm, followed by the thunderous Racing at 7:30 pm.
Join us this Thursday and Friday for an exciting evening of short-track racing in the Poconos! We’ll see you at the finish line!
NOTE FOR SLINGSHOTS (JR/SR) AND STAGE 1 MODS:
- Reserved Parking is still active for Thursday for those who run in those divisions, but all other spots will be open/assigned upon arrival.
- Regardless of whether you run only on Thursday, on Friday, or both, all registered participants will receive 65 show-up points for attending one or both shows this week.
