With underway, we’re so excited to continue growing a team that truly feels like HOME! 🤍

At Innovation Dance Project, dancers are encouraged to train with purpose, grow with confidence, and be part of something meaningful both on and off the stage! 🏆

Whether your dancer has competition experience, or is simply looking for a fresh start in a positive, motivating environment, we would love to meet them! 🔥

✨ Open to current and new dancers
✨ Ages 8+
✨ Intentional training in an encouraging, high energy atmosphere
✨ Small team environment that allows every dancer to be seen and grow individually
✨ Strong focus on technique, versatility, confidence, and performance quality
✨ Passionate instructors who truly invest in each dancer’s journey
