We field multiple teams, affording the complete novice an opportunity to learn the game, while allowing the veteran to train and play in a competitive environment. Open to all kids in grades K–8, this FREE non-contact flag rugby program is the perfect way to learn the game, make friends, stay active, and build teamwork, confidence, and communication skills.

Knoxville Youth Rugby kicks off Tuesday at 5:30 PM, followed by Possums practice at 6:30 PM. Whether you’re brand new to rugby, returning to the sport, or looking for a new team, come join us at Sam Duff!
