In the spring of 2005, alumni of the University of Tennessee Women's Rugby Football Club set out to establish a senior side and take women's rugby in Tennessee to the next level. The end result was the Knoxville Women's Rugby Club, informally known as the Knoxville Minx. The KWRC is fast becoming a formidable team and is making a name for itself in the South, with a 15s side fielded in the spring

and fall, and a 7s side in the summer. Please email us to join in. All are welcome:

We are currently on our winter hiatus but are still fairly active. Join us every Thursday for a Fun Run starting at 6:00p from Central Flats and Taps. During the fall and spring, we practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:30p at Sam Duff Memorial Park. The Minx are always recruiting new players to join the team! All athletic abilities are welcome and absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. If you would like more information, please comment on the page or email [email protected].
