We use the hard style of Okinawan Japanese straight line fighting and the Soft style of Chinese Kempo and that which is angular or circular movements. Goju Ryu therefore has the best of both fighting traditions of Okinawan and Chinese. We combine jamming, isolation, and parry combinations into a single fighting form. We also utilize the talents of other arts of self defense for completeness to ada

pt to any attack on the streets. Commitment is to develop excellence in self-confidence, respect and discipline in all students so they develop into the best they can be and teach the traditional arts the way they were taught in Okinawa and Japan.

Tibon’s Goju Ryu Fighting Arts is offering a Summer $99 Special Karate classes for first month including a uniform and registration into Goju Ryu Uchiage kai, member Japan Karate Federation.

These classes are for first time beginners students on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call for age and class time spots. Limited space so don’t wait too long to join. We are a non-contractual karate program.
Tibon’s Goju Ryu has been voted “Best in Martial Arts School” the past 14 years by San Joaquin Magazine and Stockton Record.
