Due to overwhelming public opposition, the U.S. House of Representatives removed dangerous pesticide immunity provisions from the Farm Bill before passing it — a major victory for farmers, families, and the right of We The People to hold pesticide manufacturers accountable in court.

Now the Senate must do the same.

We are calling on every U.S. Senator to ensure that no pesticide immunity language is included in the Senate version of the Farm Bill, and that these reckless provisions are not quietly added back during reconciliation with the House bill.

Pesticide immunity would shield corporations like Bayer-Monsanto from liability when their products harm people, undermine states’ rights, and strip Americans of their ability to seek justice through the courts.

Senators must stand with the public — not chemical industry lobbyists. The American people do not want corporate immunity for pesticide manufacturers — and we will not accept it.

12-year-old Chennell Bell has been missing since March 4, 2026 from Cincinnati, Ohio. The Springfield Township Police Department confirmed that Chennell was last seen wearing a blue polo, pink shoes, and blue jeans.

Chennell is 5'7" tall, weighs about 110 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children said Chennell may still be in the local area.

We're sharing Chennell’s story on Stay Inspired to elevate her case to the national level, as over 3 months have gone by with limited new information.
